When booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees the following terms and conditions.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates will be honored where bookings have been confirmed by receipt of a deposit.
Payment: We accept Online Credit Card payment via Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer into our account.
Full payment will be taken on bookings of less than 28 days duration.
A deposit of $200.00 will confirm a booking of 48 or more days in low season and $400 for high season, with balance due 28 days prior to date of arrival.
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
There will be no refund (either in full or in part) on early departure.
Our rates provide for the following room occupancy:
1 bedroom = 2 people, 2 bedroom = 4 people. Option to increase occupancy with the use of mattress beds if available by prior arrangement. Additional charges apply.
Cots and High Chairs are available for hire from Emu Hiring Services.
If the booking is canceled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a refund less an administration fee of $50.00.
If the booking is canceled less than 28 days prior to the date of arrival, no refund will be available unless the apartment is re-let for the same period as the original booking. An administration fee of $50 will apply.
Short Notice Bookings
Where a booking is made less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and
until the apartment is re-let for the same period as the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be
deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
We do ask for a refundable key security bond payment of $100 to cover incidentals and accidents.
This is required to be paid at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking.
It will be credited back to you once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival.
We agree to ensure this occurs within 3 - 4 working days of your departure. Please note that nearly 100% of our guests received their bond back in full in the past.
